By subscribing, you authorize PeachReviews to charge your payment method automatically until canceled.

Failure to process a payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. No Guarantees

While PeachReviews strives to support and enhance your online presence, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • Customer engagement
  • Search visibility
  • Online platform performance
  • Public reputation outcomes
  • Any specific measurable result

All Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Confidentiality

Any business information shared with us will be treated confidentially. We do not sell or disclose client information except as required to provide the Services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeachReviews is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Inability to access Services
  • Decisions made based on our consulting or digital support

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to PeachReviews in the previous 3 months.

  • Payment failure
