Welcome to PeachReviews (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and digital reputation support solutions (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Delivery Policy
Service Activation & Delivery
Upon completing your purchase, the following steps occur:
- Account Creation: During checkout, you will create a secure account on our platform. This gives you immediate access to your client dashboard, where you can track your review delivery status, view completed reviews, and monitor your subscription.
- Onboarding Call: Within 12–24 business hours of purchase, a member of our team will contact you via phone to complete onboarding. During this call, we will confirm your Google Business Profile, gather any necessary details, and answer questions about the review delivery process.
- Review Delivery: Once onboarding is complete, your first review cycle will begin. Reviews are delivered on a monthly cycle based on your selected plan and are drip-fed throughout the cycle to ensure natural pacing.
- Ongoing Access: You can log in to your dashboard at any time to view delivered reviews, upcoming reviews, and your subscription status.

1. Description of Services
Our Services include strategic consulting, digital guidance, brand support, content suggestions, visibility improvement tools, and general reputation-support solutions.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, platform visibility, or performance. Results vary based on numerous factors outside of our control.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

- Have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Clients agree to:

- Maintain lawful business practices
- Follow platform guidelines for any digital profiles we support
- Not misuse or misrepresent the purpose of our Services
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and the terms of any platforms your business uses.
4. Payment & Billing
By subscribing, you authorize PeachReviews to charge your payment method automatically until canceled.
Failure to process a payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

- Any specific measurable result
All Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Any business information shared with us will be treated confidentially. We do not sell or disclose client information except as required to provide the Services or as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeachReviews is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of our Services
- Inability to access Services
- Decisions made based on our consulting or digital support
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to PeachReviews in the previous 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Abuse of the Services
- Payment failure

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
